Project Managers and Customer Product Specialists serve as a client’s main point of contact for all aspects of the project — timelines, budgets, scope, regulatory strategy, equipment needs, etc. Quality Assurance Product Specialists focus on matters that ensure that the quality standards of OsoBio, the client and regulatory bodies are met or exceeded.
Meet them below and hear their thoughts about their role supporting OsoBio's clients.
At OsoBio, we provide great customer service to everyone – there’s no such thing as a rewards program for frequent volume users. So whether you’re a one–lot–a–year client or a 50–lots–a year client, you’ll get the same great experience.
Our Project Managers and Customer Product Specialists are empowered to make decisions because they know our customers’ needs and know what we can and can’t do. Armed with the right information, we make decisions that positively affect the outcome of our clients’ experiences.
I believe it is my responsibility to act as the voice of the customer here at OsoBio, and make sure the various departments are aware of his or her needs, wants and concerns. That way we provide premier customer service.
Communication is the most important aspect of my role here at OsoBio. When I communicate effectively, my client’s project is successful. It’s just that simple. So communication is something I take very seriously.
I get a great deal of satisfaction in working with clients to provide patients with drugs that cure disease or ensure healthier lives. It is truly my privilege to work with dedicated people who really care about the work we do.
Sterile injectables is a complex business. There are times I tell myself, “If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.” OsoBio has a proven track record of regulatory compliance – we safely and efficiently deliver to our customers the medicines that patients need.
I think OsoBio focuses more on customer service and establishing trust with our clients than the average CMO. When I inform my clients about process changes or issues in a timely manner – giving them a chance to offer thoughts and ideas – they seem to genuinely appreciate it.
Sterile manufacturing is not an easy process – lots can go wrong. It’s how we deal with incidents that give our customers faith in our abilities. Because when you try to hide things, your customers lose trust and that’s when you fail as a company.
There is a huge amount of responsibility in representing OsoBio to our customers. It is extremely challenging but very rewarding. When I know patients are getting the highest quality formulations delivered when they need them, it is all worthwhile.
