OsoBio Appoints Robert Cashman to Head East Coast Development Efforts

December 10, 2009ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – OSO BioPharmaceuticals Manufacturing, LLC, has named Robert “Bob” Cashman director of new business development for its East Coast market.

Working in his new capacity, Cashman will identify and nurture new business opportunities throughout the Northeast.

Having spent more than 20 years working within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology contract manufacturing industries, Cashman brings to OsoBio an expertise in marketing sterile solutions, said Milton Boyer, vice president of business development and sales.

“Bob has extensive experience and deep knowledge of injectable drug delivery systems and components,” Boyer said. “Such expertise demonstrates why OsoBio is the contract manufacturer of choice for clients who have complex and custom sterile and injectable needs.”

Prior to joining OsoBio, Cashman held sales management positions at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Vetter Pharma–Turm, Comar Inc. and West Pharmaceutical Services.

Cashman is a board member of the PDE Pharmaceutical Trade Organization and a member of the Parenteral Drug Association. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from Villanova University.
