Come see us at booth 2649
We’re just a few short weeks away from the AAPS annual meeting in Washington, D.C. We hope to see you there!
OsoBio has reached some significant milestones since we saw you last year in New Orleans. So please stop by our booth (#2649) and say hello. We look forward to telling you about:
- Our recent DEA registrations for controlled substances and
- Our international leadership on the implementation of ISPE’s new Risk-MaPP cross-contamination guidelines.
Each member of our AAPS team would welcome the chance to meet with you personally to share more about OsoBio’s efforts – and how they can advance your company’s own business goals. Email Kristin Calloway
to schedule a meeting during AAPS.
OsoBio Receives DEA Approval to Handle Controlled Substances
The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has granted researcher and analytical lab registrations to OsoBio for Schedule II through V controlled substances.
The DEA registrations allow OsoBio to manage, analyze and develop manufacturing processes for controlled substances.
OsoBio, a CMO specializing in injectable products, manufactures sterile liquid, suspended and lyophilized biologic and pharmaceutical products for the pharmaceutical industry.
OsoBio Cross-Contamination Expert Lends Advice on Risk-MaPP
OsoBio Senior Project Manager Kimberly K. Ray has been a featured guest speaker at international seminars and webinars this year discussing best practices for preventing cross-contamination in lab and manufacturing facilities.
Kim, who holds Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, serves as secretary of the ISPE containment steering committee that developed the recently adopted Baseline Guide®: Risk-MaPP-the Risk-Based Manufacture of Pharmaceutical Products, which provides a scientific approach to managing the risks associated with cross contamination. Read an article from PharmSource
in the August issue of Bio/Pharmaceutical Outsourcing Report (B/POR)
At AAPS, Kim will be happy to discuss the risk-based concepts behind the new guidelines and how they help prevent the contamination of products. Email Kim
to schedule a meeting in D.C.
Another important event in the pharmaceutical industry, CPhI Worldwide, occurs the same week as AAPS. Milton Boyer and Stuart Rose will be attending the event in Frankfurt, Germany, October 25-27. Email Milton
if you’ll also be there and would like to set aside some time for a meeting.
Do you need an Exhibition Hall pass for AAPS? Then please, be our guest.
As an exhibitor, we can provide free VIP passes to the exhibit hall to anyone who needs one. Simply reply to this email to let us know if you're interested and we'll follow up with more information.
See you in Washington, D.C.!
